1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability, property-specific requirements, and confirmation. Guests must provide accurate information when making reservations and comply with the terms outlined in their booking confirmation.
2. Payments and Fees
Rental rates, applicable taxes, cleaning fees, security deposits, and any additional charges will be disclosed before booking confirmation. Guests are responsible for reviewing all charges before completing their reservations.
Booking directly through Kinridge Stays may allow guests to avoid certain third-party platform fees.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Property Availability and Amenities
We strive to provide accurate property descriptions, photographs, and amenity information. Occasionally, maintenance issues or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability or amenities. We will communicate material changes as appropriate.
6. Short-Term and Mid-Term Rentals
Rental requirements, payment schedules, deposits, and cancellation policies may differ for short-term and mid-term stays. Longer stays may require a separate rental agreement and additional screening, where permitted by law.
7. Co-Hosting and Consulting Services
Kinridge Stays may provide co-hosting, rental management support, and short-term or mid-term rental consulting services to property owners.
The specific services, fees, responsibilities, and termination provisions will be governed by a separate written service agreement.
We do not guarantee specific rental income, occupancy rates, or investment returns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kinridge Stays is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to These Terms
Kinridge Stays reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter confirmed booking terms unless legally permitted and agreed upon.
